At Giordano, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Giordano account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
